### What should a bug report include?

A one-line summary, numbered steps to reproduce, the expected and actual results, the environment, and a screenshot or error text.

### How detailed should the steps to reproduce be?

Detailed enough that someone who has never seen the bug can make it happen from a clean state, without asking you a question.

### Should each bug get its own report?

Yes. One problem per report makes each easy to rank, assign and close.
